BPTS-85R30A Battery Powered Hydraulic Double Acting Rail Tensor Pump
This BPTS-85R30A Battery Powered Hydraulic Double Acting Rail Tensor Pump has been specifically set to operate our Geismar TH70 and TH120 Rail Tensor systems. These are commonly used by Kiwirail and many other Rail contractors worldwide.
HTC have designed this unit to withstand the rigours of the Rail Industry. Its control system with pre-set pressures, pressure holding, release valves and remote pendant switch. These will allow the user a high degree of control and safety during operation.
The 2 speed pump offers fast cycling times under low load conditions. Flow rates of 6.6 lpm @ 60 Bar, and 0.6 lpm @ 700 Bar – one of the top performers for Battery pumps of this type. The high volume reservoir ensures oil temperature is kept to a minimum while in use and helps maintain performance levels.
This Battery Powered Hydraulic Double Acting Rail Tensor Pump has been designed and manufactured here in NZ, with NZ conditions and usage in mind. We have erred on the side of caution and chosen to construct the unit in a more rugged fashion. This ensures it’s protection and to ensure a long lifespan.
