MPR 4000 D Rail grinding machine

The MPR 4000 D is designed to carry out re-profiling of the rail head after welding. It is equipped with a diesel engine that is lubricated even when the machine is tilted 90°. Transmission from the engine to the grinding stone spindle is by a V-belt with a tensioner. The guarding of the belt and grinding stone and the comfortable handle bar guarantee maximum safety and minimum effort for the operator. The machine is also equipped with two rollers for running on the rail, two lateral supports that ensure stability during operation, a handwheel for adjusting the grinding depth with graduated scale, block and guide rod for tilting the machine. The machine can be supplied with the following accessories: kickstand and engine protection.
